Hazardous Waste Management Training

Title 22/RCRA (Advanced)

This two–day Title 22/RCRA compliance course is our most thorough hazardous waste management program. The course covers record keeping and general management requirements, the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest System, hazardous waste identification and classification, container management, Land Disposal Restrictions, Tiered Permitting, SB14, the Unified Program and U.S. DOT regulations affecting hazardous waste generators in California. Requires annual Hazardous Waste Generator training to maintain certification. Students will receive a comprehensive course manual.

Title 22/RCRA (Basic/Refresher)

This course gives a general understanding of the basics of hazardous waste management. The course covers record keeping and management, tiered permitting, container and tank management requirements, hazardous waste shipping requirements, Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR), on–site treatment and more! Students will receive a printed copy of the PowerPoint presentation, and regulations updates.

Designated UST Operator

This one–day course prepares UST Operators or individuals designated by their facility to serve as their UST Operator for the ICC exam. As of January 1, 2005, every UST facility must designate a certified UST Operator to be responsible for training facility employees and conducting monthly visual inspections of their UST system. The UST Operator must take an exam and hold a certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC). Students will receive a comprehensive course manual.

Environmental Chemistry

This course provides an overview of the environmental and analytical chemistry of hazardous substances and wastes.
