Who Should Attend
Provides annual hazardous waste refresher training to generators. This program is developed for generators located in the State of California as required under 22 CCR. 66265.16(c).

Objectives
The course meets both federal and state annual refresher requirements for trained facility and generator personnel. The course is updated annually, reviewing fundamental practices and updating students on new regulatory requirements.

Overview
This course gives a general understanding of the basics of hazardous waste management. The course covers record keeping and management, tiered permitting, container and tank management requirements, hazardous waste shipping requirements, Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR), on–site treatment and more! Students will receive a printed copy of the PowerPoint presentation, and regulations updates.
