About Malek Alaouie

Malek Alaouie is a Senior Project Manager for Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)/Industrial Hygiene projects at NES. With more than 15 years of experience in Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), Environmental Infection Control, Aerobiology, and Industrial Hygiene, Malek is responsible for managing a variety of projects with a focus on IEQ, IH, and EH&S.

Malek’s expertise includes innovation in OEHS services and solutions, and his background in research lends to his ability to create change both internally and externally at NES. In addition to his vast knowledge of IH and EH&S, Malek’s skills include operations, client services, and project management.

Malek is a member of a number of associations, including the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA), American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Indoor Environmental Quality Committee, American Industrial Hygiene Association – Northern California Section (AIHA-NCS), and the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH).

Before joining the NES team, Malek held Project Management positions at one of the country’s leading and most diverse industrial hygiene consulting firms.
