Tammy McManama is an environmental professional with over 20 years of experience. Her diversified background and focus on environmental protection make her an invaluable member of the NES team.

She has worked in various industries, including chemical plants, energy, higher education, oil and gas, retail, and wastewater treatment plants. Tammy specializes in recycling, resource recovery and reuse, DEA, retail and pharmacy waste removal services, industrial cleaning, remediation, transportation and disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous waste, rail transportation, and bio-solids management.

As the Director of Business Development at NES, Tammy is responsible for growing the company’s business, increasing market share, and developing new and existing client relationships. She also communicates clients’ issues or concerns to internal teams to better develop innovative solutions to meet clients’ needs.

One thing Tammy loves about her job is the high caliber of NES team members. She believes that a team is only as good as its members and is proud to work with first-class individuals. Tammy is also impressed with NES’s customer-focused approach, which sets the company apart from others in the industry.

Tammy is a member of several professional organizations and associations and has received numerous awards and recognitions. She was named Waste Management Landfill Salesperson of the year and has won Waste Management Circle of Excellence multiple times. Tammy holds a BS in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and has lived in California all her life.
