This FREE one-hour webinar, presented by NES Professional Steve Reichow (CEA, CDGP, CDGT, CIT), will be covering the upcoming RCRA Biennial Report: Who is subject to reporting, what wastes and information must be reported, when the report is due, and how the report is submitted. The program will conclude with a brief overview of the various related training and consulting services offered by NES as well as a Q&A portion. The webinar will run 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM (PST).

This webinar is ideal for any facilities that qualify as a large quantity generator (LQG) of hazardous waste. EPA’s Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) laws and regulations require LQGs across the country to produce a Biennial Hazardous Waste Report – otherwise known as a Biennial Report – once every two years. This webinar will cover all the details of the required reporting process for 2022.
