Stephanie Butler is a highly experienced HR professional with over 16 years of progressive experience in the Health Care Industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at NES, Inc., she is responsible for all things related to the employees, including recruitment, hiring, benefits management, employee relations, company culture implementation, and onboarding new hires. With her extensive Human Resource Management, benefits administration, and compensation background, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at NES.
What Stephanie loves most about her job is being a resource to her team, helping them navigate benefits, and providing career growth opportunities. She finds great joy in helping others and ensuring employee satisfaction. Stephanie appreciates NES’s collaborative and respectful environment, where the team works together to achieve common goals.
Stephanie has been a member of the CalChamber since 2007 and SHRM since 2022.
Stephanie is originally from Ohio but has lived in northern California for twenty-eight years. She lives with her husband, teenage daughter, and Boston Terrier and enjoys spending her free time near any body of water, casually fishing, or just relaxing.
