Protect Personnel Safety with
Illicit Cannabis Operations Training
Drawing from our depth of experience and subject matter expertise in the subjects of OSHA health & safety standards (e.g., HAZWOPER), clandestine laboratories and other illicit hazardous environments (IHEs), and industrial hygiene principles, NES has developed a suite of courses to address safety concerns for personnel working illicit cannabis cultivation, extraction, and processing operations. Training focuses on various hazards associated with these operations, including chemical and physical hazards, hazard evaluation, protective clothing, respiratory protection, and an assortment of related topics.
POST Certification
Various NES training courses are certified by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST), and other NES programs are in the process of becoming POST-certified in California and across the United States. POST certification can significantly reduce the costs associated with sending personnel to NES training. Let us know if you’re interested in acquiring POST certification for our programs in your state!
