Overview:
This course provides general awareness of and familiarization with hazardous materials transportation regulations, use of the hazardous materials table, emergency response requirements, preparation of shipping papers, marking, labeling, and placarding. Additional function-specific training may be needed to fully comply with 49 CFR 172.704 requirements for those who load hazardous materials or who operate a vehicle transporting hazardous materials.
Each student will receive a course materials download link prior to the webinar and a certificate of completion following the training. For those who will be pre-paying for the course (by paying through this website or arranging advance payment with the NES registrar) and would like hard copies of course materials mailed to you, please contact us at registrar@nesglobal.net or 800-637-2384. Objectives:
