Training will cover hazardous waste recordkeeping and management requirements, hazardous waste identification and classification, container and tank management requirements, and shipping requirements.
Classes run from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Course Description
This 4-hour course provides a general overview of the basics of hazardous waste management for California hazardous waste generators. Training covers waste identification, container and tank management requirements for large and small quantity generators, basic hazardous waste shipping requirements, and the management of contaminated containers and universal waste.
Class size is limited to 50 participants. This training is free of charge for regulated businesses in San Joaquin County.
